Trading Application Support Specialist

Our support team sits at the heart of the trading operation, working side by side with traders and developers. We investigate incidents down to the root cause, own the monitoring stack, and see the platform end-to-end — from order flow to the infrastructure it runs on.

We are looking for someone passionate about technology and eager to understand how a modern trading system works from the inside. You would join our Trading Application Support team and keep our in-house trading platform running smoothly — the platform our traders rely on every day in energy markets.

What you will work on

• You will become an expert on our internally developed trading platform.
• Troubleshooting trading platform incidents by analyzing logs and metrics to identify the root cause.
• Investigating issues reported by internal users and escalating them to development teams with a clear analysis.
• Developing and maintaining our monitoring and alerting systems and internal applications.
• Taking part in major incident handling.
• Contributing to release deployment and verification.

What makes you a great candidate

• University degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar.
• Some experience with application support, system administration, or CI/CD is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Basic SQL and scripting skills (Bash or Python).
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
• Passion for technology.
• Ideally, you can read and interpret code and data (we write in Kotlin).
