After-Hours Dispatcher (Multiple Shifts)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a reliable, experienced After-Hours Dispatcher to support operations during overnight hours. This role is responsible for fielding after-hours calls from security officers who are calling off for upcoming shifts and securing replacement coverage using established call lists, post orders, and department instructions.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity and requires calm decision-making, professionalism, and persistence—often under challenging circumstances. This position is in-person based in our Concord branch office.

Helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premise at a variety of client sites. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
