We are seeking a driven, self-reliant, and results-oriented District Manager to lead operations from our small Monterey, CA office, supporting clients throughout the surrounding area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple sites and teams, confidently building the business through strong client relationships, proactive service improvements, and effective local market engagement.
You will be expected to operate independently in a small office environment, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and taking ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on operational experience, a proven ability to elevate team performance, enhance profitability, and develop new business opportunities, while consistently delivering exceptional service and results for our clients.
