Als Hoofdcentralist heb je een sleutelrol in het aansturen van de centralisten en het bewaken van de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening. Samen met je team zorg je voor een efficiënte en goedlopende dienst, waarbij samenwerking en vertrouwen centraal staan.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vraagstukken en zorgt voor een snelle en correcte afhandeling van alarmmeldingen, zoals inbraak-, brand- en videomeldingen. Hierbij stuur je surveillanten aan of schakel je direct hulpdiensten in wanneer nodig.
Daarnaast houd je je bezig met uiteenlopende taken, zoals open- en sluitbegeleiding en het traceren van gestolen voertuigen. Wanneer het druk is binnen de centrale zal jij ook meedraaien in de dienst, zo draag je dagelijks aan bij aan een veiliger Nederland. .
