Als hoofdsurveillant bij Securitas heb jij een belangrijke functie in ons mobiele surveillance team. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze beveiligers, gediplomeerd of aspirant, voor al hun vragen omtrent het werk. Binnen het team zorg jij dat dingen geregeld worden; je houdt een oogje in het zeil bij de planning, zorgt dat de materialen op orde zijn en bent verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van de bestaande klant instructies en operationele gegevens in ons klantsysteem.
Je bent toegankelijk en je collega beveiligers weten je gemakkelijk te vinden bij vragen en problemen. Je houdt je verder veel bezig met de begeleiding van aspirant beveiligers, zodat zij een goede basis leggen voor hun verdere carrière in je team. Daarnaast voer jij sollicitatiegesprekken met toekomstige collega’s en schakel je veel met je mede hoofdsurveillanten en de branch manager. Uiteraard draai je zelf ook mee in het rooster en voer je de rondes uit. Doordat jij al enkele jaren ervaring hebt binnen de beveiliging, is dat voor jou geen enkel probleem!
