Als Object- en Luchtvrachtbeveiliger controleer je bezoekers, leveranciers en goederen, houdt toezicht op de veiligheid en loopt controle-, brand- en sluitrondes. Je signaleert afwijkende situaties en grijpt direct in wanneer dat nodig is. Omdat je tijdens je diensten veel loopt (tot wel 10 kilometer), is een goede conditie belangrijk.
Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de beveiliging van luchtvracht. Je controleert tassen, werkt met een metaaldetector en verzorgt de toegangscontrole en registratie van vrachtwagens.
