In deze rol ben jij samen met de Security Operations Managers verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van Beveiligers en Supervisors. Je rapporteert aan de Site Security Manager.
Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor personele zaken begeleid je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Je voert functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken, stelt verbeter- en groeitrajecten op en begeleidt verzuim. Je signaleert tijdig wat er speelt, gaat proactief het gesprek aan en zorgt dat medewerkers op de juiste plek zitten. Zo draag je bij aan werkplezier, duurzame inzetbaarheid en het voorkomen van uitstroom.
Je werkt nauw samen met de Security Operations Manager en schakelt frequent met de HR Business Partner over verzuim, ontwikkeling en instroom van nieuwe collega’s. Jij voert de sollicitatiegesprekken en maakt de juiste selectie.
Je bent een stevige en betrokken people manager die makkelijk schakelt op verschillende niveaus en altijd de balans bewaakt tussen medewerker, organisatie en klant. Je communiceert helder, werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor zowel mens als resultaat.
Een veelzijdige rol voor iemand die echt impact wil maken.
Functie-eisen
Aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in bedrijfsmatige/ HR richting;
Een jaarcontract bij Securitas met uitzicht op een vast contract;
