Als Solutions sales specialist positioneer jij Securitas succesvol bij opdrachtgevers als het gaat om integrale beveiligingsoplossingen (Solutions). In deze senior rol adviseer je onze klanten en draagt bij aan het ontwerp én de levering van de klantspecifieke en innovatieve security solutions die de veiligheid van onze klanten, binnen verschillende sectoren te borgen. Jij zorgt voor een verdere groei van onze solutionsportefeuille. Jij valideert de opgestelde target lijst en bouwt rondom elke opportunity de juiste teams om tot conversie te komen. Wij hebben alle onderdelen in huis om van de concurrentie onderscheidende oplossingen aan te kunnen bieden aan onze klanten. Dit maakt deze functie zo interessant! Jij bent dus vooral commercieel ingesteld maar hebt een uitstekend begrip van beveiligingstechniek en dienstverlening waarop jij de specialist bent.
Momenteel ontwikkelt Securitas zich als solutions gedreven organisatie met als doel om op globale schaal marktleider te zijn in security solutions. Een solution is een combinatie van diensten en technologieën uit het Securitas portfolio welke ontworpen zijn om aan de specifieke beveiligings- en veiligheidsbehoeften van de klant te voldoen. Wij hebben alle servicelijnen en de technologie in huis waardoor er op alle disciplines specifieke vakkennis aanwezig is. Jij kunt jouw klanten dus veel bieden!
Jij voelt je als een vis in het water in een transformerende en innovatieve werkomgeving. Jij kunt goed omgaan met meerdere disciplines binnen de organisatie en weet heel goed hoe je een intern netwerk opbouwt. Jij bent sterk in consultative selling, ziet kansen bij de klant of weet ze te creëren. Dit vraagt een gedegen analyse en out of the box denken om tot bestendige en schaalbare oplossingen te komen, die passen bij het bedrijfsproces en risicoprofiel van onze klanten en prospects. Communicatief ben je zeer vaardig, in Nederlands en Engels en legt makkelijk contact waardoor je weet hoe je anderen kunt enthousiasmeren.
Als persoon ben jij analytisch, oplossingsgericht, overtuigend, strategisch en ook tactisch ingesteld. Verder beschik jij over de onderstaande functie-eisen:
