Als Solutions Transitie- en Implementatiemanager maak je deel uit van de afdeling Solutions Delivery. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle implementatie van integrale beveiligingsoplossingen bij strategische klanten. Deze oplossingen bestaan uit een combinatie van technologie, monitoring, mobiele surveillance, manbeveiliging en aanvullende security services, afgestemd op de specifieke risico's, dreigingen en bedrijfsprocessen van de klant.
Je bent al betrokken tijdens de salesfase en neemt na opdrachtverstrekking de regie over het implementatietraject. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als interne stakeholders, valideert de ontwikkelde oplossing, stelt projectplannen op en zorgt voor een succesvolle overdracht naar de operationele organisatie. In deze rol ligt de nadruk op regievoering: je brengt commerciële, operationele en technische disciplines samen, stemt belangen af en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen effectief samenwerken aan een succesvolle implementatie van de overeengekomen oplossing.
Bij wijzigingen in klantwensen of projectscope analyseer je de impact op zowel de klantorganisatie als Securitas. Je signaleert risico's, stuurt tijdig bij en zorgt ervoor dat projecten gecontroleerd, beheerst en succesvol verlopen.
