Als Supervisor Guarding heb je oog voor de mens achter de medewerker. Jij zorgt ervoor dat beveiligers zich gewaardeerd voelen, zich kunnen ontwikkelen en optimaal inzetbaar blijven. Met jouw enthousiasme en leiderschap creëer je een positieve werksfeer waarin medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf halen. Omdat je nauwelijks klantcontact hebt, ligt jouw volledige focus op het begeleiden van je team, dat voornamelijk werkzaam is in Rotterdam.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling van je medewerkers. Je bent betrokken bij de selectie van nieuwe collega's en zorgt voor een soepele on-boarding, zowel binnen Securitas als bij de klant.
Jij werkt nauw samen met je teamleden, de Branch Manager Operations en Planning om het opgestelde branch plan uit te voeren. Samen signaleren jullie productiviteits- en efficiëntiebesparingen en rapporteren deze aan de Branch Manager Operations.
