Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support attorneys in managing litigated files and resolving legal disputes related to claims. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage case files, conduct legal research, and track case progress
- Prepare and summarize discovery, including records, depositions, and responses
- Coordinate witnesses, experts, and trial preparation activities
- Attend trials and assist attorneys as needed
- Collaborate with internal partners to execute litigation strategy
- Communicate with parties, witnesses, and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle
Minimum Qualifications
- Paralegal degree or certification
- Three (3) years of paralegal experience, including first-party property experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
