Responsibilities
- Handling the fire panel and addressing any alerts or concerns, taking systme offline when reuired
- Writing detailed reports, making log entries and submiting reports through online report system
- Performing fire inspection and handling fire drills
- Securing the lobby and front desk area and assisting in all other security matters
- Greeting guests and directing guests to proper staff when addressed by guests
- Supervisng and provideing deircetions to other security staff
Qualifications
- Valid NY Security Guard License
- Valid F89, T89 cards or Z89 certficate
- Authorized to work in the US
- Great customer service attitude
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations
- Must be able to stand for long hours if required
- Must be able climb stairs
- Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure
