You'll play an important role supporting our operations team with administration, employee onboarding, travel coordination and day-to-day office support.
No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from welcoming new starters and coordinating site requirements through to reporting, document management and general business support.
You'll be supported by an experienced team and have the opportunity to build your skills while gaining exposure across different areas of the business.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate onboarding activities, site inductions, PPE and mobilisation requirements for new employees.
- Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Support reporting, data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation and other employee logistics.
- Provide day-to-day administration and customer support to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with document management, filing and updating business systems.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception or office support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
