As QRCUF transitions from commissioning into full operations, Sedgman is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

We're seeking experienced leaders to support the facility's ongoing success as we continue to build operational capability and strengthen our leadership team.

Located in Townsville, QRCUF is Australia's first critical minerals processing demonstration facility and is now moving into steady-state operations.

As we build our long-term leadership team, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced operational and maintenance leaders who are ready to make a genuine impact.

About You:

You are a proven leader who:

• Has a Mechanical or Electrical trade background, or extensive operational leadership experience.
• Has led teams in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, power generation, or heavy industry.
• Champions a strong safety culture and drives operational excellence.
• Builds capability, develops people, and leads by example.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of a growing operation.
