You'll have experience handling domestic buildings claims, including scoping and validation, together with a strong understanding of claims processes and customer service excellence. Cert CILA would be advantageous; however, support will be provided to achieve this qualification.

The skills you will have when you apply:

    • Strong knowledge of domestic buildings claims, including validation, scoping and delivering excellent customer service.

    • Ability to manage team performance, identify development needs and support colleagues to achieve their full potential.

    • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across a range of audiences.

    • A proactive approach to service excellence, continuous improvement and delivering positive customer and client outcomes.

    • Cert CILA qualified, or willing to work towards the qualification, with support provided by Sedgwick.

What we’ll give you for this role:

    Remuneration & more

    • Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

    • A Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme (SIPP)
