Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chandler Pointe apartment community in Bellevue, NE. This is a Tax Credit/HUD property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $23.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

$500 after 90 days- $500 at 6 months
+ $1,00 Retention Bonus after 1 year!

What You Will Do
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
