Customer Service Specialist
Step up and set the standards for exceeding customer expectations in a Rolling Meadows commercial kitchen product manufacturing company that is in a strong growth mode. This international company offers outstanding benefits and bonus incentives! Customer Service Specialist will earn up to $23/hour.

Customer Service Specialist responsibilities:

answer inbound telephone calls; address customer inquiries regarding products, troubleshooting issues and shipping issues
respond to customer emails in a timely manner
provide support to the Sales department
process customer orders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Customer Service Specialist requirements:

1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Care experience in a fast paced call center setting
experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook applications required along with knowledge of CRM systems
High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree is preferred
proficiency with SAP or another ERP System is a must
excellent communication and customer rapport
strong time management skills
