Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Senior Analyst, HR Delivery & Integrations. This position is based in Buffalo, NY.

The Senior Analyst, HR Delivery & Integrations supports critical business needs through HR technology delivery, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), HR system integrations, workflow automation, system configuration, and operational project management. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure organizational changes, including acquisitions, are integrated successfully while advancing scalable, efficient HR technology solutions.

The Analyst serves as a key technical and project resource for HR system configuration, interface and integration support, Microsoft Power Platform development, SharePoint administration, HR security administration, and cross-functional execution with US HR Operations. This position is essential to supporting transformation initiatives, organizational growth, process innovation, and continuous improvement efforts across Lactalis USA.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Project and Implementation Management

• Manage project plans and activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructuring. Support change management, HR technology integration planning, system configuration, testing, data validation, implementation, communication, training, and operational readiness for new technology implementations and process changes. Participate in transformation initiatives and special projects as assigned by the HR Technology & Transformation team.

HRIS Integrations Management

• Support internal and external HR system connections, with the support of IT and third party-vendors, while ensuring they exchange data and function effectively. Develop and execute test plans, document results, coordinate issue resolution, monitor system functionality and integration performance, identify risks or defects, recommend corrective actions, and provide technical support as needed.

Microsoft Platform Support

• Design, build, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve HR processes, workflow management, data flow between systems, operational efficiency, and employee experience. Administer and maintain HR SharePoint sites, document repositories, knowledge resources, and collaboration tools to organize HR information, support operational processes with RACI resources, and improve employee self-service. Research system capabilities and industry best practices to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced user experiences.

Cross-Functional Business Support

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and external vendors to implement technology initiatives and integrations. Gather business requirements, document technical specifications, and translate business needs into technology solutions and process improvements while prioritizing business requests. Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities for HR technology enhancements, integrations, updates, and new functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, configuration guides, job aids, and support materials.

Access Provisioning

• Configure and maintain HR system security roles, user access permissions, workflows, and approval structures while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
