Select Staff is looking for candidates for a Customer Service Manager position for our industrial client in San Antonio, TX.

Profit and loss of the facility and supervision of the inside sales team

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
Prepare price quotes
Source products
Support outside sales team
Daily, Weekly, Monthly financial & operational reporting reviews

Pay Rate: $60K - $80K

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P

Four + years of industry background
Five + years of management experience required
Strong people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-motivated team player
Effective and proven leader
