Sentar is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in San Diego, CA supporting Airborne Networking and Advanced Development Technical Support.

**This position is pre award and is contingent on contract award.**

Qualifications:

Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI Clearance

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting systems engineering, integration, testing, or certification of DOW or mission-critical systems
• Experience supporting communications systems, including airborne, shore-based, or SATCOM environments
• Experience in system integration, installation, and certification activities
• Experience supporting system testing, verification, or operational test events (e.g., SOVT or similar)
• Experience performing requirements development, verification, and validation
• Experience developing or supporting technical documentation and certification artifacts
• Experience working within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or similar collaborative engineering environments

Desired:

• Extensive experience (e.g., 10+ years) supporting complex DOW technical programs
• Experience supporting airborne communications systems or SATCOM-based architecture
• Experience supporting system installation planning (e.g., site surveys, integration plans, or deployment briefs)
• Experience supporting readiness certifications or technical review boards (e.g., FRCB or similar)
