    Fabrication Technician II

    • Perform welding, assembly, and hydrotesting independently
    • Maintain accurate part and work‑order records
    • Identify defective parts and perform in‑process testing
    • Support packaging and material handling

    Fabrication Technician III

    • Perform high‑volume TIG welds
    • Become proficient with robotic welding systems and hydro rigs
    • Assist in training new team members
    • Maintain crane operation certifications
    • Learn complex product builds

    Fabrication Technician IV

    • Independently operate all cell equipment and adjust programming
    • Troubleshoot quality issues and validate part accuracy
    • Support inventory management and process flow improvements
    • Mentor lower‑level technicians and help lead daily job sequencing

    Fabrication Technician V

    • Demonstrate full proficiency across all matrix categories
    • Program and operate advanced machinery including robotic systems and orbital welding
    • Lead team training and validate skill certifications
    • Represent the cell in planning and improvement initiatives
    • Support leadership in safety audits and process changes

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience with mechanical assembly, welding, or machine operation
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
    • Basic TIG welding proficiency
    • Ability to bend, reach, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a shop environment
    • Good spatial orientation, hand-eye coordination, and eyesight
