- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Champion Seprod’s employer brand across external platforms, represent the company at career fairs, and ensure candidates receive a seamless, engaging experience at every stage.
- Hiring Advisory & HR Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to establish selection criteria, share recruitment best practices, and advise on effective interview techniques, candidate evaluations, and offer strategies.
- ATS Management, Metrics & Compliance: Maintain real-time recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key metrics (such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness), and ensure all recruitment practices strictly comply with Jamaican employment laws and corporate policies.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate early-stage employee onboarding activities to support a smooth transition into the company.
