Qualifications:

</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe).</li><li>Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.  Knowledge in Azure DevOps will be given priority.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.</li><li>Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modeling.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, data analysis or basic programming along with ability to work on tools like MS Excel, MS Word, etc.</li><li>Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.</li><li>Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.</li></ul><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>Preferred
