A master's degree or higher is preferred.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in technical product management, preferably within genomics, life sciences, or related industries. A strong background in managing full product lifecycles and delivering product requirements is essential.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Deep understanding of the genomics space, including familiarity with genomic data interpretation platforms, software, and technologies.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, assess risk, prioritize issues, and create solutions.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Ability to engage directly with customers, gather insights, and advocate for customer needs within the product development process.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results that impact business success.</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -18.0pt;">Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).</p>
