The Big Picture:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career of helping foster youth? We are looking for a part time Youth Community Coordinator to work on service goals with and for at risk or displaced youth up to 17 years old.
What you'll be doing:
This role is a liaison between foster parents, staff, and the community team, providing a safe environment with working on implementing behavioral and permanency goals. The candidate will coordinate schedules, lead and train other staff, provide crisis support, coordinate schedules and other administrative staff working both collaboratively and independently. Work is conducted in the office in Vancouver, WA and up to 75 miles away in community and home settings when supporting staff; work directly with youth may be provided.
Wage: $21 per hour
Program:34
Locations: Thurston, Mason, Grays, Lewis, Pierce
Shifts: Weekdays and Weekends vary depending on needs of youth.
