MARKETING COORDINATOR

ABOUT US ServiceMaster NCR has been a trusted leader in disaster restoration across the DC Metro area for nearly 40 years, specializing in water damage, mold remediation, fire cleaning, and reconstruction services.

The Marketing Coordinator creates and coordinates our marketing materials, bid packages, and visual content, working directly with Sales and Business Development. The role also supports leadership with referral tracking, government registrations, and company records. It's ideal for a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who wants to own projects from concept to completion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, apparel, and digital assets
• Prepare and format commercial and residential bid packages and proposals with the Business Development team
• Coordinate marketing projects in-house, serving as the on-site point of contact for design and content needs
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Track referral partner activity and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership
• Maintain government and supplier registrations (eVA, SAM.gov) and company licensing records
• Support contract document updates, vendor follow-up, and company record accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
