Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP)

The Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) is a program for new graduates designed to jumpstart high-impact careers in finance. Through structured rotations across key finance functions, participants gain hands-on experience with continuous mentorship and targeted training to develop strategic, technical, and leadership skills

We’re seeking finance-focused AI innovators—candidates eager to apply artificial intelligence to improve workflows, uncover insights, and drive innovation across the enterprise in a rapidly changing landscape. As Customer Zero, our finance organization plays a pivotal role in advancing ServiceNow’s company priorities: leading in AI, scaling for growth, and delivering operational excellence.  The program includes an immersive AI Accelerator initiative, where participants collaborate on business challenges using AI to drive innovation throughout the finance rotations.

Rotations are available across multiple business functions and may include:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Finance Product & Analytics
• Go-To-Market Finance
• Treasury
• Corporate Accounting & Financial Services
• Global Business Services

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (graduating by Summer 2027)
• Able to work hybrid in our West Palm Beach office
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, with exposure to financial modeling and analysis
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred
