Your Day-to-Day
- Monitor social media conversations, reviews, and digital sentiment to identify emerging customer concerns, brand risks, and engagement opportunities.
- Manage customer complaints, sensitive issues, and crisis communications by developing timely, empathetic, and on-brand responses.
- Coordinate with relevant brand PICs to investigate issues, drive cases toward resolution, and ensure consistent communication across channels.
- Develop and maintain crisis communication tools, including SOPs, response templates, and communication guidelines.
- Create and execute brand activations across social and digital channels, translating audience insights into initiatives that strengthen brand perception.
- Analyze sentiment and communication performance, preparing reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Brand, Customer Experience, Community Management, Public Relations, Social Media, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, PR, Marketing, Branding, or similar.
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across different audiences and situations.
- Proven experience handling customer complaints, community interactions, sensitive communications, or brand-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong understanding of social media culture, digital community behavior, and audience sentiment across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.
- Able to assess potential brand risks, communicate calmly under pressure, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive issues toward resolution.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong ownership and the ability to identify opportunities, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
