Your Day to Day
- Create engaging visual assets for Education Business Unit social media channels (Instagram, TikTok) and other digital platforms.
- Translate content briefs and ideas into strong, visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and communication objectives.
- Develop creative concepts, key visuals, and design directions for campaigns, programs, and brand initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc design requests from other divisions, including marketing materials, event collaterals, and presentations.
- Support the design and development of Education Business Unit website, including banners, landing pages, and visual assets.
- Maintain visual consistency across social media, website, offline materials, and all brand touchpoints.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, and digital trends, proactively bringing fresh visual ideas relevant to the target audience.
Who We're Looking for :
- +3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media, digital marketing, or consumer-facing brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, digital campaigns, and branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other relevant design tools.
- Proficiency in Figma for website and digital design is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color, and branding principles.
- Able to translate briefs and business objectives into clear and compelling visual concepts.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific design requirements.
