Your Day-to-Day
- Coordinate SPG operations, including shift scheduling, communication, onboarding, and shipment arrangements.
- Manage payment administration for SPGs, events, petty cash, and manpower costs.
- Coordinate operational and petty cash needs for MEs and offline events to ensure smooth execution.
- Support offline channel operations through EC shift arrangements and event-day calculations.
- Maintain operational reports and coordinate with Finance and internal teams to support daily activities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, operations support, or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operational administration, event coordination, or manpower support is a plus.
