Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all operational equipment and consumables, from requisition to delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiating favorable terms, prices, and service level agreements.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely availability of required items.
- Track and analyze procurement spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to budget.
- Implement and maintain procurement best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or educational setting.
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong vendor relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
