The Lending Operations Business Analyst will partner with the Lending Product Manager to enhance lending platforms, streamline operations, and execute the product roadmap. Collaborate with business lines to gather requirements, solve complex system challenges, and support platform improvements. Conduct testing to validate system changes and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who continuously develops technical expertise, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
