Why You'll Love This Role
As an order fulfillment associate, you'll be an important part of the team that prepares customer orders and products for shipment. Every day is a little different; you may be picking orders, assembling kits, cutting fabric, packaging shipments, or helping keep inventory organized.

Your Day May Include
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Packaging orders with care to ensure they arrive safely
- Cutting fabric for customer orders and quilt kits
- Folding fabric to company standards
- Assembling quilt kits, thread sets, patterns, and other products
- Restocking inventory and organizing warehouse materials
- Assisting with inventory counts and other warehouse projects
- Working with your team to keep orders moving on schedule
What We're Looking For

- Able to follow instructions and established processes
- Comfortable measuring materials using basic fractions and standard measuring tools

- Takes pride in producing quality work
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to distinguish between colors
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
