    • Conduct on-site new patient consultations, building trust and communicating the value of care in a compelling, empathetic, and effective manner.
    • Maintain ownership of patient follow-up and communication to support case acceptance; timeframes for follow-up may be customized based on assignment.

      • SC turnover and transition periods
      • High-growth or new locations
      • Underperforming locations

    Performance Expectations:

    • Target case acceptance rate of 40% or higher
    • Maintain organized and timely follow-up communication with all consults
    • Deliver weekly reports on consult outcomes and pipeline status
    • Exhibit flexibility and professionalism while traveling and integrating with new teams
    • Contribute to a positive and consistent patient experience regardless of location

    Travel Expectations & Support:

This position requires 100% travel, primarily Sunday–Thursday, with four weeks on the road per month. Occasional flexibility may be provided to accommodate personal needs or special assignments.

    Travel logistics include:

    • Hotel accommodations under $125/night
    • Daily per diem of $75 for meals
    • Ramp card with $10,000 limit for approved expenses
    • All travel and compensation costs billed to the practice(s) supported
