Data Service BI Operations Specialist (L3/SRE

"Skills and Responsibilities:

•5+ years of overall IT experience.
•Good knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration both infrastructure and Application management.
•Experience in scripting and automation of operational tasks in one or more languages like Python, Shell Scripting, Ansible... etc.
•Strong understanding of various networking protocols like TCP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS
•Experience working with SSAS, databases/and SQL language.
•General understanding of Windows server administration.
•ITIL knowledge, including incident/change/problem management
•Ability to manage high-pressure situations for outage-handling
•Strong organizational skills to deliver on time and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations for Incident handling, management and resolution.
•Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
•Independent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a mindset for taking ownership.
•Skills Desired: Windows & IIS administration experience
•Tomcat/Apache experience - ITIL certification
•Familiarity with Agile working practices and DevOps
•Experience working with or supporting Business Intelligence applications (Business Objects, QlikView, Tableau, Power Bl.)
•Prior experience working in the financial services industry"
