    Job description

    As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations by receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. You will help maintain accurate inventory, pull materials for production and shipping, and ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized. This role includes paid training, company-provided uniforms, leading health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and vacation/PTO after 90 days making this a strong opportunity to grow within an essential, mission-driven industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Use pallet jacks to safely load and unload materials from trucks.
    • Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials daily.
    • Pull materials and work orders as required to support production operations.
    • Restock excess materials in designated warehouse locations.
    • Create inventory tags for raw materials and ensure tags are properly attached.
    • Pull and stage finished goods for shipping as required.
    • Maintain organized shelves, pallet areas, and warehouse storage locations.
    • Remove empty pallets from shelves and sort and stack them neatly in designated areas.
    • Empty and clean waste receptacles throughout the warehouse.
    • Sweep and clean warehouse floors and work areas.
    • Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and compactors.
    • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, rules, and regulations.
    • Ensure designated facility doors are secured and locked nightly.
    • Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping team members to support daily operations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
