DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and greet all aircrafts with red carpet service
- Communicate any fuel or service orders from pilot or crew members
- Assist crew and passenger with loading and unloading of luggage
- Assist with courtesy shuttles, when necessary
- Ensure amenities are readily available to include coffee, popcorn cookies
- Assist crew with any requests to include catering, ice, coffee, newspapers etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must possess a valid state driver’s
- Strong interpersonal skills and Customer Service skills
- Must be physically capable of lifting in excess of 50 pounds.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Sales and customer service experience.
