Solution Consultant- APAC

The Shibumi Delivery Services team leverages pre-configured applications and the flexible Shibumi platform to deliver customised solutions to a vast portfolio of clients. Implementation engagements vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case.

As a Delivery Services Solution Consultant, you will drive awareness, adoption, delivery and implementation of the Shibumi platform and solutions. Solutions Consultants coach, train, and mentor Shibumi customers and partners on how to leverage the Shibumi applications and modules to meet each client’s unique requirements most effectively and to enable them to have the ability to independently maintain their solutions post-implementation engagement.

The Solution Consultant role reports to the APAC Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Shibumi solution expert across client engagements
• Understand and translate client business artefacts and requirements into Shibumi solution structures and templates
• Leverage Shibumi applications and or proven implementation methodology to quickly configure solutions to address client business requirements
• Provide pre-sales support as needed, including development of customised demonstrations, contribution to RFX responses, development of marketing and training collateral, etc.
• Balance multiple ongoing engagements at a variety of stages, managing expectations of key internal and external stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

• Australian citizenship with ability to hold a government security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong background with Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience working at an Advisory Firm, as a team member on business improvement/transformation programs, or in a Solution Consulting role at a technology company
• Ability to prioritise and organise effectively
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as external clients and partners
• Ability to work with remote team members
• Ability / flexibility to support a global client base
