Job Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office and operations team. This role plays a key part in keeping daily administrative functions organized and running smoothly. Tasks and responsibilities will include items such as:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Support Accounting with basic administrative tasks (invoicing, filing, tracking documents)
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal schedules
- Prepare and distribute internal reports and correspondence
- Track and follow up on required paperwork and deadlines
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
- Provide general administrative support to management and office staff
Qualifications to include:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
