Jr. Executive, Customer Experience

<div><strong>The Role:</strong><br><br>Shikho is seeking some dynamic, motivated, and creative <strong>J</strong><strong>unior Executives</strong> to join our <strong>Customer Experience</strong> team. In this role, you will not only deliver exceptional customer support but also identify opportunities to drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.<br><br><br><strong>Key Roles &

Responsibilities:

</strong><br><br>

• Maintain good relationship with customers, answer to customer queries and educate them<br>
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.<br>
• You have to answer to inbound calls and label all the queries<br>
• You will escalate critical issues to supervisor<br>
• Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.<br>
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).<br>
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media platforms.<br>
• You will develop and manage existing customer relationships, drive business growth, and engage in customer value, satisfaction and retention<br>
• You will have to collect customer feedback, understand customer needs and help other teams to make decisions leading to customer satisfaction.<br><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br>
• 3 to 6 Months of experience in query handling (Inbound, Outbound, Messenger) will get preference.<br>
• Experience in tele-sales will get preference.<br>
• Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.<br>
• Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.<br>
• Basic knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.<br>
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheet.<br>
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.<br>
• Great organizational and time management abilities.<br>
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.<br>
