As a Architect in the Food + Pharmaceutical Market you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead the architectural design and project management with design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work in drawing, modeling and 3D image formats.
• Direct non-licensed and other professionals assigned to design, produce, and coordinate the design process, laboratory and manufacturing planning, and technical documents.
• Attend project and client meetings with design professionals for both business development opportunities and projects under contract.
• Develop technical design solutions.
• Develop and identify training opportunities to improve and increase the companies capacity to work in this practice area.
• Assist      with growth strategy and client capture efforts to increase Shive-Hattery’s market share within the pharmaceutical and science + technology practices.
• Assist in design presentation development.
• Assist with personnel needs identification including internal networking to identify others within Shive-Hattery who can be drawn upon to support project work as opportunities increase.
