If you are a new graduate or Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN) who has been registered with the CNO within the last twelve months, come join our exceptional team of nurses at SHN in our Nursing Graduate Guarantee Program!
Nurses participating in NGG will be partnered with an experienced nurse during the 12-week program. After successful completion nurses will transition into a role within the hospital. A great way to start off your journey, Where the World Comes to Work!
Participation in the NGG program is open to nurses within 12 months of registering with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
