Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and in compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act, the RN plays a key role in delivering safe, evidence-based care to children and adolescents experiencing acute behavioral health challenges.
This role combines direct patient care with leadership in assessment, coordination, delegation, and quality improvement.
