Your tasks
- You analyse and independently resolve any IT queries that arise by phone, email and ticket system, as well as via remote maintenance or on-site (incl. on-call services)
- You take over the installation and configuration of hardware and software components
- You will also monitor client/update management for Windows/macOS clients, mobile devices (Android, iOS) and user/ authorization management
- Implementation of new software/hardware
Your profile
- You have completed training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration or comparable)
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and domain management, macOS and Microsoft Office
- You are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team, analytical and solution-oriented thinking. You have fun and are interested in dealing with people and new technologies
- Independent, structured and service-oriented work is no stranger to you
- You have very good written and spoken Dutch and English skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other OS/Software deployment tools is advantageous
- Ideally, you already have experience in IT support and in dealing with ticket systems as well as Jira, Confluence and MS Dynamics AX
