Location: Alicante, Spain (preferred hybrid model: 3 days/week in office)

Alternative: Full remote may be considered for particularly strong or specialized candidates.

About Centric Shoppingfeed

At Centric Shoppingfeed, we help online sellers publish their product catalogs on marketplaces and digital marketing platforms across Europe and the United States.

Every day, we provide our clients with the support they need to successfully sell on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, Zalando, and AliExpress through our integration and optimization software. At the same time, we help them promote their products through digital advertising campaigns on channels such as Google, Facebook, Awin, and Criteo to attract high-quality traffic to their eCommerce websites.

To build customer loyalty and ensure long-term success with our platform, the Customer Success team works closely with Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

To strengthen our support for customers across Southern Europe, we are currently looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing systems in the daily use of the Centric Shoppingfeed platform.
• Ensure merchants and brands are fully aware of and able to leverage all features offered by our solution.
• Respond to customer questions and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison with the technical support team when customer issues require deeper technical expertise.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust while serving as a strategic advisor.
• Help customers optimize their revenue according to their business needs, industry, and market opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to support product improvements and platform development.
• Maintain a low churn rate while driving customer engagement and growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and maximize the value customers receive from the platform.

Required Skills

• Educational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Business, Communication, Technology, or a related field is highly valued.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate tools such as Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience using Centric Shoppingfeed is required.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience using Centric Shoppingfeed is mandatory for this role.

Ideal candidates will typically come from:

• Current or former customers using the Centric Shoppingfeed platform.
• Digital marketing agencies managing eCommerce and marketplace activities through Centric Shoppingfeed.
• Organizations where Centric Shoppingfeed has been a core solution for feed management, marketplace integrations, or product advertising.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of:

• Product feed management and optimization.
• Marketplace integrations and marketplace operations.
• eCommerce ecosystems and online retail processes.
• Digital marketing channels and performance-driven campaigns.
• Data quality, catalog management, and product listing optimization.

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, eCommerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Digital Marketing environments is highly desirable.

A good sense of logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and an interest in the technical side of software are essential to quickly adapt to customer needs and provide effective guidance.
