As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of Human Resources, including Learning & Development, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and HR Operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives while developing professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Assist in manager virtual training sessions and eLearning enrollments.
- Send, collect and summarize training feedback surveys to support continuous improvement.
- Track and report completion data in the LMS for course rollouts.
- Complete or update job aids to support employee learning and performance.
Employee Onboarding/Engagement
- Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits.
- Support new hire orientation sessions.
- Ensure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- New Hire Check Ins
Benefits Administration
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Help maintain accurate benefits records.
- Support wellness initiatives and communications.
HR Operations
- Help maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis.
- Support process improvement projects and HR audits.
Requirements
- Current Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related program
- Positive attitude, team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel
This temporary position is not benefits eligible.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $19 – $19 per hour.
