At Sibelco, we believe building a successful career is a two-way journey. We’re looking for individuals who share our values and vision, just as much as you’re seeking a company that aligns with your aspirations. Together, we can shape the future.

    Job Description:

As a trusted partner to business stakeholders, you will work closely with HR, Sustainability, Legal, IT teams, Solution Analysts, and Solution Architects to understand business needs, analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into clear and actionable deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business value while supporting operational excellence, governance, and compliance.

The role is based in Bilbao, Spain, following a hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week. For the right talent, Sibelco may consider supporting relocation to Spain.

    • Identify process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities across HR and related business functions.

    • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the solution lifecycle.

    • Collaborate with Solution Analysts and Solution Architects to validate feasibility and ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.

    • Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities across the application landscape.

    • Monitor business needs and emerging opportunities to continuously improve processes, user experience, and solution effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you have:

    • Strong understanding of HR business processes and associated governance practices.

    • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into structured documentation and actionable deliverables.

    • Strong process analysis and process mapping skills, with the ability to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.

    • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and business process modelling.

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

    • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in new business domains and technologies.

    • An interest in broadening your expertise into Sustainability and Legal processes and applications; previous exposure to these areas would be an advantage.

    Nice to Have
