As an Account Manager at Sidel, you will lead strategic customer engagements, unlock new business opportunities, and deliver high-value turnkey solutions across beverages, food, home, and personal care—shaping the future of sustainable packaging.

As an Account Manager at Sidel, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts while driving new business development across assigned territories.
You will act as a strategic partner to customers, understanding their operational and business needs, and translating them into tailored Sidel solutions.

The role involves leading the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification and solution positioning to commercial negotiations and contract closure—while collaborating closely with internal teams across engineering, project execution, and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing account strategies to achieve sales targets
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Identifying new opportunities in greenfield and brownfield projects
• Driving value-based selling and positioning of Sidel’s technologies
• Ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Supporting long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business
• This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and relationship management skills in a dynamic, competitive environment.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (though Master Degree is preferred)
• Good command of English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products for use in a sales management environment
