Install, start up and provide technical assistance for Sidel production lines, with a focus on automation.
Install and commission Sidel equipment at customer sites worldwide.
Test and evaluate equipment performance according to technical, contractual and safety specifications.
Identify, manage and report equipment non-conformities accurately.
Prepare working time records and technical reports related to activities performed.
Identify and report potential after-sales opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
