Procurement Specialist- LOGISTIC SERVICES CHINA

Join our team to manage end-to-end purchasing operations for service products. You'll process 2,500–3,000 annual purchase orders with global and domestic suppliers, coordinate customs documentation, track deliveries, and resolve quality and logistics issues. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong vendor management skills.

• Purchase Order Management
• Place and manage approximately 2,500–3,000 purchase orders annually with both overseas and domestic suppliers
• Ensure accurate order specifications, pricing verification, and timely submission
• Maintain PO tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Customs & Import Coordination
• Compile invoices and purchase orders from overseas customers
• Prepare and submit documentation to customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and resolve documentation discrepancies
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve receipt issues with domestic suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate recurring problems
• Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and commitments
• Quality & Logistics Issue Resolution
• Handle and track complaints regarding quality and logistics issues for SPNC shipments from overseas suppliers
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions
• Document root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
